2019 - 2020
The Start: The foundation for nationwide land and property analytics is created. Eric Pollard leads a team to create a cutting-edge location analytics solution for a Fortune 100 energy company, revolutionizing their real estate analysis.
2022 - 2024
Technology Evolves: The advancement and availability of AI, along with large-scale cloud computing, provides the necessary environment to create better, faster and smarter web solutions for spatial analysis of big data.
2024
ParGo Incorporates: ParGo AI, Inc. is founded, marking the start of our move to a web-based platform that brings advanced technology to professionals everywhere.
2025
The Platform: The ParGo AI platform launches in mid-2025, delivering the first nationwide, standardized, and location-enabled web solution for premium property and real estate analytics. For the first time, users gain seamless access to unified, nationwide proeprty data and advanced spatial functionality in a single platform.
