2. Confirm Extracted Criteria
Review the criteria displayed in the top left of the app to ensure they match your request. This step helps verify that the AI correctly interpreted your query.
3. View Initial Results
Once confirmed, execute the query. The system will return a list of parcels that meet the specified criteria.
4. Refine by Ownership
If you notice unwanted property owners in the results (e.g., Utah Department of Transportation or Utah Power Light Company), you can refine the query:
"Remove all parcels owned by Utah Department of Transportation and Utah Power Light Company."
The AI bar will update the current criteria and remove those parcels from the results.
5. Adjust Acreage Range
To further narrow the results, you can modify the acreage or any other attribute. For example:
"Change acreage to between 10 and 20 acres."
This adjustment will reduce the number of parcels to those that fall within the new range.
6. Final Results
After refining by ownership and acreage, execute the updated query. The results will reflect the new current criteria, showing only the most relevant parcels.
