Saving and Loading Projects

Saving projects in Pargo AI allows you to preserve your work, including search criteria, results, layers, and chat history, so you can easily return to it later or share with your team. This guide walks you through the steps to save, load, and manage projects effectively.

Steps to Save a Project

1. Locate the Save Project Button

    • At the top-right corner of the Pargo AI interface, click the Save Project button.

2. Choose Save Options
You can:
      • Save Project either creates a new project or updates the current project with your latest changes
      • Save Project as if you want to create a new Project Name
      • Load Project to see Recents, All Projects, and Archive. 
      • New Project is another way to create a completely new project


What Gets Saved in a Project

When you save a project, Pargo AI stores:

  • Results List
    All parcels and search results that match your criteria.
  • Search Criteria
    The filters and parameters you used during your search.
  • Chat History
    Any queries or instructions entered in the AI bar.
  • Layers
    Custom layers like traffic counts and zoning that you added to your map.
  • Project Name
    Displayed at the top of the interface for easy identification.

Loading a Project

  1. Click the Load Project dropdown.
  2. Select from:
    • Recent Projects you’ve worked on.
    • All Projects that you have saved
    • Archived Projects you’ve stored for future reference.

When you load a project, Pargo AI restores the saved geographical location, results, criteria, layers, and chat history.


Managing Projects

  • Update Existing Project
    If you make changes to your results or criteria, click Save Project to update.
  • Create New Project
    Use this option to preserve the original project and start a new one.
