What are the differences in the plans?
The plan differences are based on different pricing models for payment, number of users, length of license term, included parcel exports and included skip traces. Data access and primary functionality are consistent with all licenses. Organization and Enterprise licenses include additional features such as community management, allowing for pooling of exports and skips, as well as administrative controls.
Can I change my plan later?
You can contact sales and upgrade your plan from a monthly plan to an annual plan. You can also add parcel exports or skip traces at any time by purchasing in packs of 100.
What are exports and traces?
Exports are used in ParGo by exporting parcel information. Each parcel export allows a user to export one parcel and it's associated data in ParGo. The formats for export include tabular files (XLS), spatial files (SHP), or directly exported to ArcGIS.
Skips are skip traces that use AI to research and return contact information for the true owner. This may include phone numbers, emails, websites or other related data.
Exports and skips do not expire and rollover from license term to license term, so long as your license remains active.
What is your trial offering?
We offer a 7-day trial that is self-service. You can sign up from the link in the top right of any ParGo web page. The trial has limited usage and some of our premium data is preview-only, such as financial records and permits. If you require a more full-featured trial, please reach out to us and schedule a demo call where we can assess your needs and set you up with an enhanced trial license.
Can I integrate my ArcGIS account?
Yes, all plans allow for integrating your ArcGIS Online license (soon ArcGIS Enterprise) with ParGo. This will allow you to bring your ArcGIS data into ParGo and allow you to export ParGo data to ArcGIS.
