    AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended results. Customers are responsible for independently reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them for operational, business, legal, regulatory, financial, or investment decisions.

    ParGo AI does not intentionally use customer confidential data to train publicly available AI foundation models unless explicitly authorized by the customer.

    We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to improve platform functionality, analytics, and AI capabilities.

    Sharing and Disclosures of Information

    We may share information with third-party service providers that support operation of the Services, including providers related to:

    • cloud hosting
    • infrastructure
    • analytics
    • authentication
    • communications
    • payment processing
    • customer support
    • mapping and geospatial services
    • AI processing

    We may also disclose information:

    • to prevent fraud or misuse

    However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    Customer Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for:

    • maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
    • ensuring lawful use of the Services
    • ensuring uploaded data does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights
    • independently reviewing AI-generated outputs
    • complying with applicable privacy, data protection, and regulatory requirements

    Connected Email Accounts

    When you connect Google Workspace, Gmail, Microsoft 365, or Outlook, ParGo AI securely stores your connected email address and encrypted authorization credentials. We use them only to maintain the connection and send emails that you explicitly initiate.

    We do not read your inbox, existing messages, drafts, contacts, attachments, or email history. Email content is shared only with Google or Microsoft for delivery and with recipients you select.

    We retain limited send records, such as sender and recipient addresses, timestamps, send success or failure, and provider identifiers. We do not track opens, clicks, reads, or final delivery.

    Disconnecting removes ParGo AI's stored credentials. Google access is also revoked. To request deletion of remaining records, contact information@pargoai.com.

    We do not sell connected-account data or use it for advertising or AI model training. Our use of Google Workspace data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

    Third Party Services and Links

    The Services may contain integrations, APIs, or links to third-party services or data providers. ParGo AI is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party services.

    Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

    International Users

    If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

    Changes to This Privacy Policy

    ParGo AI may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

    Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
