Top Prompts give users a curated set of ready-to-use starting points grouped by role. Users can choose a prompt and drop it into AI Advisor and AI prompt catalog as editable text. Profile Shortcuts also make it possible to generate a property, risk, financial, or ownership summary in one click. The full data catalog includes every searchable field users already see in the Details Panel, and “search within map extent” continues to work as before.

4) Branded Exports: Make Every Report Look Like Yours

• Custom logo support: Upload a PNG, JPG, or SVG logo in account settings.
• Automatic branding: Your logo appears in PDF, Print, HTML, and Assemblage Report headers going forward.

Every export leaving ParGo used to carry only ParGo branding. With ParGo 4.2.0, users can upload their own logo once in account settings and have it appear automatically on future exports.

This branding applies to PDF, Print, HTML, and Assemblage Reports. There is no need to reattach the logo each time an export is created. Branding is currently set per user, so each team member can manage their own logo settings.

5) More Organized, More Complete Exports

• Dedicated Residents export scope: Residents data now has its own export section and PDF design instead of being buried inside Permits.
• Quick Summary expansion: The fast, predetermined Quick Summary field set is now available for Financial, Permits, and Listings exports.

Exports across the platform are also more efficient. The Quick Summary field set, already available for Parcel exports, is now available for Financial, Permits, and Listings. This helps users generate useful exports faster without manually selecting fields every time.

• More control in Pipeline: List and grid views now include action menus, and parcels can be reordered within a stage by dragging.
• Clearer credit protection: Email and SMS buttons only appear after Drop has run, and users always see a warning before spending credits.

Pipeline has been upgraded to feel faster and more consistent with the rest of ParGo. The pipeline list view now includes an actions menu for edit and archive, matching the Projects experience. Grid views for parcels and pipelines now have action menus too, and users can drag a parcel box to reorder it within a stage.

Email and SMS actions are now clearer. These buttons only appear after Drop has been run on a parcel. Until then, users will see a “Run Drop” button in their place. The “Do not show this again” option has also been removed from Run Drop, SMS, and Email warnings, so users always get a heads-up before spending credits. A new page under Settings lists archived projects and pipelines, with options to restore them or delete them permanently.
