We've been busy! ParGo 4.2 brings real time GPS tracking on mobile, puts your brand on every export, makes AI Advisor easier to search and prompt, gives Residents data a home of its own, makes Pipeline faster to work in, and clears out a long list of rough edges along the way. Here's what's new.
Know exactly where you're standing, in real time
Out in the field checking a parcel boundary? Turn on GPS tracking from your phone or iPad and your location now updates on the map automatically as you move, no more manually re-tapping "my location" every few steps. Walk the line and you'll see your position track closely enough with your actual movement to judge exactly where you stand relative to the boundary.
Find the right data and prompts faster in AI Advisor
Building a query used to mean digging through a pop-out criteria block. Now it's a searchable, browsable catalog, so you can find what you need whether you know the exact field name or not.
Not sure where to start but excited about real time gps and AI prompt helper? Browse Top Prompts, a curated set of ready-to-use prompts grouped by role, like broker or developer. Pick one and it drops into your AI Advisor prompt as editable text. Want a quick read on a specific parcel? Profile Shortcuts generate a property, risk, financial, or ownership summary in one click, something that used to take manually asking AI Advisor to get. And when you know exactly what you're after, the full data catalog covers every searchable field, matching everything you already see in the Details Panel.
Everything you select in the catalog shows up as editable text in your prompt, and everything you remove disappears from it too, so you're always in control of the final wording. And yes, "search within map extent" still works exactly the way it always has.
Make every export look like yours
Every export leaving ParGo used to carry only ParGo's branding, nothing that said it came from you. Now you can upload your own logo once, in your account settings, and it shows up automatically from then on.
Add a PNG, JPG, or SVG logo to your settings and it appears in the header of every PDF, Print, HTML, and Assemblage Report you generate, no need to reattach it export after export. Branding is set per user for now, so everyone on your team manages their own.
More organized, more complete exports
Residents data used to live buried inside the Permits section of your exports. It's got its own home now: a new Residents export scope, with its own dedicated PDF design, separate from Permits.
And exports across the board got a little smarter. The fast, predetermined "Quick Summary" field set that's long been available for Parcel exports is now available for Financial, Permits, and Listings too, so you're not stuck picking fields by hand every time.
Work faster in Pipeline
Pipeline just caught up to Projects, and then some. The pipeline list view now has an actions menu for edit and archive, matching what Projects already had, and the grid view for parcels and pipelines has one too. You can drag a parcel's box to reorder it within a stage.
Email and SMS buttons only show up once Drop has actually been run on a parcel — until then, you'll see a "Run Drop" button in their place. And the "Do not show this again" option is gone from the Run Drop/SMS/Email warning, so you'll always see a heads-up before spending credits. Lost track of an old project or pipeline you archived? A new page under Settings lists everything you've archived, with options to restore it or delete it for good.
Small things that add up
- Saving, saving as, and loading projects with large parcel result sets is noticeably faster are added to real time gps and ai prompt helper.
- You'll get a warning before navigating away from a project with unsaved changes.
- "Added by you" and "Removed" now use more distinct colors in your assemblage and results views.
