What's New in Pargo 3.8.0: Pargo Lite, Property Pipeline, and Smarter AI Layers
Pargo 3.8.0 is here, and it's a big one. This release introduces Pargo Lite, a new CRM-style Property Pipeline, a unified credits system, and an AI that can now control your map layers just by asking. Here's everything that's new.
Introducing Pargo Lite: a brand-new offering
Pargo Lite is a brand-new offering, built for users who only need to work with a single parcel at a time. It brings the full power of the Pargo platform to a simpler, single-parcel experience, and new users can now sign up directly into a Pargo Lite plan from the start.
Pargo Property Pipeline: manage properties like a CRM
Pargo Property Pipeline brings a CRM/Kanban-style workflow to managing your properties. Move properties into a pipeline, track them as they progress, and now send email directly from within the Pipeline. We've also added support for moving D.R.O.P. execution to batch, so you can process multiple drops at once instead of one at a time.
One unified credit system
We've consolidated everything, including exports, skip tracing, print jobs, and more, under a single credit type: Pargo Credits. Every job now shows exactly which credit settings were active when it ran, with a full credit history you can review at any time.
Ask the AI Advisor to manage your map layers
Pargo's AI Advisor can now find, add, and remove map layers for you. Just ask. Tell it what you're looking for, and it will locate the right layer and get it on your map, so you spend less time managing layers and more time analyzing your data.
Smarter, more flexible exports
The export experience has been redesigned around scope and format selection, making it easier to choose exactly what you want to export and in what format.
Search by proximity
You can now search for properties based on their distance to any point on the map, like a school, business, or landmark. Turn on the map layer for the points you want to search from, then just tell the AI Advisor how far away to search, in plain language, and Pargo returns every property that falls within it.
Mobile experience improvements
The training dashboard, data dictionary, and jobs dashboard are all now fully responsive on mobile, so your field team gets the same experience wherever they're working.
