What's New in ParGo AI 4.0: Property Assemblage and Aggregation
This release brings a smarter way to work with multiple parcels at once, a cleaner property view, and a more capable pipeline, with a focus on property assemblage and aggregation.
Create and Analyze Parcel Assemblage in ParGo AI
Working on a deal that spans several parcels? Just select them on the map to put together an assemblage. It combines acreage, building square footage, and total value into one clean summary — and flags anything that needs your attention, like mismatched zoning or ownership, or missing data. You can build multiple assemblages at once, and everything you create sticks around when you come back to your project.
A property details view that gets to the point
We've redesigned the Details Panel so the information that matters most shows up first. A new Quick Market Snapshot gives you income, population, and growth trends at a glance, and you can now expand the panel or hide empty fields to keep things clean. We also fixed an issue where dates were missing from some recorder documents.
A more flexible pipeline
Your pipeline just got easier to manage. You can now add newly found parcels straight into a pipeline that's already in progress, move parcels between pipelines without losing their notes and history, export pipeline data to a spreadsheet, and select multiple parcels to act on them in bulk. We've also added ready-to-use email templates and a clearer credit warning before running a batch drop.
Faster, more reliable emailing
Sending outreach from your pipeline is now faster and more reliable, with direct connections to Google Workspace/Gmail and Microsoft 365/Outlook.
A better fit on mobile
Tables across the app now display as easy-to-scan cards on mobile and smaller screens, so browsing your data on the go feels a lot less cramped.
Under the hood
This release also fixes a handful of issues, including export credit counts, duplicate parcel counts in saved and enriched results, project naming after archiving, and a bug that could cause manually added map layers to disappear after saving. As always, thanks for the feedback that helped shape these fixes.
