What's New in ParGo 4.1: Parcel Assemblage Reports and new POI Data
We've been busy! ParGo 4.1 brings brand-new POI Data, a smarter way to work with multiple parcels at once, exportable Parcel Assemblage reports, and a cleaner experience across the board. Here's what's new.
Find anything, anywhere, with POI Data
Ever wanted to find every vacant commercial lot within a mile of a Walmart™? Now you can. ParGo's new POI (points of interest) data lets you search by brand or named location and find parcels nearby — no layers or setup required, just ask the AI to find Walmart locations.
Want to browse instead? Turn on the new US Places layer to see shops, offices, and more right on the map, then use layer filters to zero in on exactly what you're looking for — like every Extra Space Storage™ location in your market.
Meet the Select Parcels for AI Tool
Our new Select Parcels for AI Tool lets you click straight through a set of parcels on the map — no query required — and pull that selection together in one place. From there, build an assemblage, compare the parcels side by side, or pull ownership, financial, or permit details across the whole group at once.
Get a detailed Assemblage Report
Building a Parcel Assemblage? You can now export the full assemblage as a detailed report straight out of ParGo — ready to share with your team, clients, or partners without anyone needing to log in.
Work faster in Pipeline
Selecting one parcel at a time is so last quarter. In Pipeline, you can now multi-select parcels and archive them, email them, or text them in bulk — including to contacts you add yourself.
Pipeline email also now connects directly to Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, custom domain mailboxes, and any SMTP provider you use — giving you more ways to plug in the mailbox you already work from.
Know Your Results List at a glance
Every results list can now generate a Portfolio Profile: total value distribution, income data, zoning and property use breakdowns, city and state splits, area demographics, and ownership distribution, all in one place. Want the highlights in plain English? Generate an AI narrative summary you can copy right out of ParGo.
Small things that add up
- Favorites now actually work everywhere, including inside your saved projects.
- Export results now use clear color coding so you can see what's selected, meets criteria, added, enriched, or removed at a glance — and your saved projects will actually remember that state.
A cleaner map experience
We fixed overlapping map panels so they no longer stack on top of each other, made previously stuck detail panels movable, retired the unused Teams placeholder page, and standardized date formats across the app. Oh, and you can finally save the measurements you make with the shape measurement tool.
