We're excited to announce the release of ParGo V3.6 — bringing a mobile-first experience, powerful new property intelligence capabilities, smarter AI querying, and a more flexible export experience.

ParGo on Mobile — Prospect From Anywhere

• Your ParGo experience doesn't stop at your desk. ParGo is fully available on mobile, giving you the same powerful property intelligence in the palm of your hand. Search any address, explore parcels, switch basemaps, and pull up full property details — all from a UI designed to feel at home on a smaller screen. Whether you're in the field, on-site, or just away from your desk, ParGo moves with you.

 

Pre-Foreclosure Data Is Here

• One of our most-requested additions is now live. ParGo V3.6 introduces Pre-Foreclosure data across the entire platform — meaning you can now query distressed properties directly through the AI assistant, view pre-foreclosure details on individual parcel cards, see financial information in the property detail panel, and include pre-foreclosure records in your exports. Whether you're identifying off-market opportunities or tracking distressed assets in a target area, this data is now a first-class part of the ParGo experience.

Query Commercial Market Listings with AI 

• ParGo's AI engine now has access to commercial market data, including lease rates, asset types, and sale/lease listings. You can ask the AI natural-language questions like "show me all commercial properties for sale in Jacksonville, FL" or "find properties with a lease value greater than $X" and get results directly on the map. This brings commercial market intelligence into the same AI-driven workflow you already use for parcel data.

Export in KML/KMZ Format

• ParGo now supports KML and KMZ exports, making it easy to bring your parcel results directly into Google Earth, ArcGIS, and other GIS tools. This joins our existing CSV, XLSX, PDF, and HTML export options.

Flexible Multi-Scope, Multi-Format Exports

• The export experience has been redesigned to give you more control. You can now select multiple data scopes — Parcels, Financial, Permits, and Listings — alongside multiple file formats in a single export. The interface shows a real-time credit estimate before you run the export so there are no surprises.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Land Use AI queries fixed — The AI assistant now correctly handles both Land Use (standardized) and Land Use (local), so queries like "show me all properties with manufacturing as its current land use" will render accurate results.
• Zoom level preserved on parcel card click — Clicking a parcel card in the results list no longer resets your map zoom. Your view stays exactly where you left it.
• Project archiving fixed — Archived projects now correctly disappear from your project list rather than persisting after being archived.
