Users can now select multiple data scopes, including Parcels, Financial, Permits, and Listings, and pair them with multiple file formats in a single export. A real-time credit estimate appears before the export runs, helping teams understand usage before they commit and eliminating surprises.

 

6) Bug Fixes and Workflow Improvements: Cleaner, More Reliable Daily Use

• More accurate AI land use queries: The AI assistant now correctly handles both standardized and local land use fields.
• Smoother map and project workflows: Map zoom is preserved when clicking parcel cards, and archived projects now disappear correctly from the project list.

• Why it matters: Small workflow fixes make a big difference in day-to-day productivity. V3.6 improves accuracy, preserves user context, and removes friction from common actions.

  V3.6 includes important improvements to AI land use queries. The assistant now correctly handles both Land Use standardized and Land Use local, so prompts like “show me all properties with manufacturing as its current land use” produce more accurate mapped results. This improves confidence when using natural-language search for site screening, zoning context, and market exploration.

  The release also improves map and project usability. Clicking a parcel card in the results list no longer resets your map zoom, so your view stays exactly where you left it. Archived projects now correctly disappear from the project list after being archived. These updates help users stay focused and reduce small interruptions that can slow down active analysis.
