ParGo AI V2.1.0 focuses on making every session faster to start, easier to navigate, and richer in context through new data layers and guided AI prompts. With a dashboard-first experience, commercial listings on the map, and education data built in, V2.1.0 sets the stage for deeper, billing-aware workflows and expanded property-level intelligence.

V2.1.0 At-a-Glance: What’s New in This Release

  • Dashboard as the Primary Entry Point
  • In‑App Prompt Library for AI Query Guidance
  • Commercial Listings Layer
  • Authentication Update for ArcGIS Users
  • UX Polish & Workflow Clean‑Up

V2.1.0 is a milestone release focused on clarity, momentum, and everyday usability. The dashboard is now the primary entry point, helping users orient quickly and return to active work without friction. This release also introduces two major data layers, Commercial Listings and School District and Education data, expanding analysis context directly inside the map.

In addition to new features, V2.1.0 includes meaningful workflow improvements. Project saving has been simplified, navigation has been tightened across the app, and user experience improvements enhance stability and consistency. Release timing is expected soon, with the final release date listed as TBD.

Dashboard as the Primary Entry Point: A Clear Starting Point Every Time

    • Faster re-entry: Land on the dashboard after login to resume projects and move quickly into analysis.

    • Stronger navigation anchor: The ParGo AI logo consistently routes back to the dashboard for a predictable home base.

The dashboard is now the default entry point for ParGo, creating a central hub for ongoing work. After authentication, all users land directly on the dashboard, making it easier to orient, pick up where you left off, and transition into active projects. Navigation has also been tightened across the app so users can move through key actions with less effort.

This shift establishes the dashboard as the core workspace for project access, administrative tasks, and analysis entry. It is a structural change that reduces the time between logging in and doing meaningful work, and it lays the groundwork for future enhancements where the dashboard becomes more proactive and workflow-aware.

Prompt Library: Guided Entry Into AI-Powered Analysis

  • Better AI questions, faster: Curated prompts show how to structure effective queries for parcels, projects, and spatial analysis.

  • Smoother onboarding: Reduce confusion for new users and improve consistency for experienced users.

To reduce friction when using the AI query bar, ParGo AI is introducing an in-app Prompt Library. The purpose is simple: help users ask better questions and get better results. The library includes curated example prompts that demonstrate effective patterns for natural language queries that translate into structured analysis.

This also sets up the next evolution of AI inside ParGo. Today, the Prompt Library helps users move from question to workflow confidently. Looking ahead, it lays the foundation for adaptive suggestions and more proactive analytical assistance that supports users while they work, not just when they search.

Commercial Listings Layer: Active Market Inventory on the Map

  • Live inventory in-context: View actively listed commercial properties directly within ParGo’s spatial workflow.

  • Less tool switching: Evaluate listings alongside parcels, zoning, and other layers without toggling platforms.

V2.1.0 introduces a Commercial Listings layer that displays actively listed commercial properties directly in the platform. This feature is designed to reduce the friction between market awareness and analysis. Instead of switching between listing tools and mapping workflows, users can evaluate inventory spatially alongside parcels and contextual datasets.

This is a key step toward unifying what users need to evaluate opportunities in one place. Commercial listings will become more prominent within property-level data in an upcoming release, further aligning parcel information, permits, financial data, and active CRE listings into a single workflow.

Authentication Update: Transition from ArcGIS Login

To support upcoming billing, entitlements, and account management features, all existing users authenticated via ArcGIS will transition to a new username/password login.
  • ArcGIS authentication will be retired
  • Affected users will receive email instructions to complete the transition
  • This is a one‑time change that unlocks greater flexibility across access and subscriptions
No changes are required for users who already authenticate with email and password.
