This data also travels across the places users already work. Demographic details can be pulled into an export, referenced in Pipeline or on a parcel, or requested directly through AI Advisor or Prompt Helper. That means users can ask for the population, income, or area insight they need without switching tools or running a separate lookup.

3) Smarter Listing Exports: Cleaner, More Useful Market Outputs

• Clickable shared listing links: Exported listing links now work directly without copy and paste.
• More complete listing context: Exports now include property photos where available and flag outdated listing data.

Listing exports also now include property photos where available, giving users a more visual and useful view of market inventory. Outdated listing data is flagged as well, helping users understand what they are looking at before they act on it.

5) Easier Help: Support Right Where You Need It

• More visible help access: The help icon now appears in the top bar while users are inside a project.

Help is also easier to find during active work. The help icon now appears in the top bar while users are inside a project, rather than being buried only in the user menu. This makes support more accessible when users are deep in analysis or reporting.

6) Team Collaboration for Enterprise Plan Customers

• Share work across teams: Enterprise users can share Projects, Results, Criteria Lists, Reports, DROP Reports, and PDFs with team members.
• Admin controls included: Organization admins can add users, allocate credits, manage accounts, and share projects and pipelines organization-wide.

Enterprise Plan customers can now invite other ParGo users to connect directly from the Teams section in the Dashboard. Users can join as many teams as needed and share key assets across their organization, including Projects, Results, Criteria Lists, Reports, DROP Reports, and PDFs.

Organization admins also gain new management tools. They can add users, allocate credits, manage accounts, and share projects and pipelines organization-wide. This gives Enterprise customers a stronger foundation for scaling ParGo across teams, offices, and business units.

7) Small Things That Add Up

• Cleaner interface details: The scroll bar has been restyled across the app for a more polished experience.
• More map control: Users can now turn the parcel layer off, and the Educational Structures layer selects all sub-layers by default.
