What's New in ParGo 4.3
We've been busy! ParGo 4.3 brings a brand-new Demographic data type, smarter listing exports, fully configurable export options, and full team collaboration for Enterprise Plan customers. Here's what's new.
Bring in the bigger picture with Demographic data
ParGo now includes Demographic data as its own data type, right alongside Listings, Permits, and Financial information. Find it in the Details Panel right next to Residents, and take it with you everywhere else you already work: pull demographic detail into an Export, reference it in Pipeline or on a Parcel, or just ask the AI Advisor or Prompt Helper for the population, income, or area insight you need, no separate lookup required.
Cleaner, more useful listing exports
We heard you: exported listings weren't easy to act on. Shared listing links are now clickable instead of requiring copy-paste, listing exports now include property photos where available, and outdated listing data is now flagged so you know what you're looking at.
Choose exactly which data fields show up in your exports, before the job even runs, so every report includes only what you actually need. From there, make it your own: add your own logo, pick a color palette, and write a custom headline and sub-headline, plus a section for any additional text you want to include.
Easier help, right where you need it
The Support form now opens as a pop-up right inside the app instead of taking you to a new tab, and it's had a UI refresh. The help icon is also now on the top bar while you're inside a project, not just buried in the user menu. Use this to see demographic data and configurable export help.
Bring your team along (Enterprise Plan)
If you're on an Enterprise Plan, you can now invite other ParGo users to connect directly from the Teams section in your Dashboard, join as many teams as you need, and share Projects, Results, Criteria Lists, Reports, DROP Reports, and PDFs with your team members. Organization admins also get tools to add users, allocate credits, and manage accounts, plus the ability to share projects and pipelines org-wide.
Small things that add up
- The scroll bar has a cleaner, restyled look across the app.
- You can now turn the parcel layer off on the map.
- The Educational Structures layer now selects all sub-layers by default, so you see everything up front and can narrow it down from there.
A more polished experience
We also tidied up a few more details this release: the map's Reset Symbology button works again, mobile view is cleaner with less cutoff and easier-to-use icons, and parcels that share an address with another parcel can now both be added to your results list.
