What's New in ParGo 4.5 and 4.6
We've been busy! ParGo 4.5 and 4.6 bring a fully redesigned dashboard, Comps that see the whole property (and let you add your own), the debut of ParGo Atlas, searches around your own map shapes, and smarter DROP research with a brand-new report. Here's what's new.
A dashboard built around how you work
Your dashboard has been rebuilt from the ground up. Projects, Pipelines, Criteria, Results, and Prompts each have their own tab, so your saved searches, results lists, and favorite AI prompts are one click away instead of buried inside individual projects. Like a prompt you just ran in AI Advisor? Star it, and it's waiting for you in Prompts.
Organize projects with color-coded tags and filter by tag in a single click. Switch between Active, Shared, Hidden, and Archived views, and hide a shared project from your own list without pulling it away from your team. Search and sort your work, and flip between a visual grid with map previews or a compact list. Share invitations now include the sender's email, so you know who's inviting you.
Comps that see the whole property
Plenty of properties sit on more than one parcel, and now Comps works the way those properties actually trade. Search an address and you'll see every record there right away. ParGo suggests same-address parcels nearby, and you can assemble eligible parcels into a single subject.
It works in the other direction too. When a comparable property spans multiple parcels, ParGo returns it as one assembled comp, the entire property that could trade, alongside single-parcel comps. Listings are grouped when the parcels belong to the same property, and completed sales are grouped only when every parcel traded on the same recorded sale. No more valuing a three-parcel business against one-third of a comparable.
Build your comp set your way
Know a property your client wants in the comparison? Add it yourself. Add comps by address search, by selecting them on the map, or straight from a parcel's pop-up. ParGo fills in the property type, sales, and listing details it has, and you can edit, remove, or export your added comps like any other.
Tired of changing the same search settings every time? Save your preferred Edit Search settings, like a 12-month sales window instead of the default 36, and Comps will remember them. You can also launch Find Comps straight from your query results, and pick multiple property types and subtypes, even when a parcel's classification is missing or wrong.
Meet ParGo Atlas: a better way to show off your properties
Atlas is the next generation of our HTML export, built for presenting properties to clients, partners, and your team outside of ParGo. Find it in the left-hand menu, marked Beta.
Every parcel is numbered on both the map and the list, so everyone knows exactly which property you're talking about. Parcel boundaries are drawn right on the map, and when you open a parcel's details, the map recenters so the selected pin stays front and center.
Search inside, near, or away from any shape
Ever needed every commercial parcel within a mile of a district you mapped yourself, or everything at least 500 feet away from it? Now you can just ask. Import a KML file in the Layers panel, then ask the AI for parcels inside the shape, within a set distance of it, or more than a set distance away.
It works with polygon layers already in ParGo too, like opportunity zones. So questions like "industrial parcels within this layer" can now be executed.
Sharper DROP research, and a new report to match
DROP reports got smarter and faster. They're better at finding owner companies, brochures, and contact pages. Phones and emails are matched to the right person or company, and owners, managers, brokers, and possible contacts are clearly labeled with the evidence behind each one. Source links, dates, and document page references come along for the ride.
It all comes in a redesigned PDF. If one DROP didn't come out right, you can now run that single parcel again instead of re-running the whole batch. Running a DROP on 100 properties? Search now finds any individual property inside it by address, not just the DROP's name.
Get to know the people around a site
Ask AI Advisor for a demographic profile of the area around a parcel, like the age breakdown within a mile, and get a clear answer. In the demographics panel, a new Expand All / Collapse All button lets you compare trade areas side by side. Trade-area rings on the map are now darker and easier to see.
Small things that add up with ParGo Atlas
- Map layer filters now support numeric comparisons like greater than and less than.
- Parcel Details now shows the Census Designated City alongside Parcel City, and the AI can search on either one, so you won't miss parcels that fall under one but not the other.
- Fields that used to show numeric codes now show readable labels.
- In Pipeline, you can multi-select parcels across different columns.
As always, thanks for the feedback that shaped these releases including ParGo Atlas. Keep it coming!

FAQs
What is new in ParGo 4.5 and 4.6?
ParGo 4.5 and 4.6 introduce a redesigned dashboard, enhanced multi-parcel CRE Comps, user-added comps, ParGo Atlas, shape-based AI search, improved DROP research, demographic enhancements, and several workflow improvements across maps, Pipeline, and property details.
How do the new Comps features improve property analysis?
ParGo can now treat multi-parcel properties as complete assets instead of separate parcels, both for the subject property and comparable properties. Users can also add their own comps, save preferred search criteria, and launch Find Comps directly from query results.
What is ParGo Atlas?
ParGo Atlas is the next generation of ParGo’s HTML export and is designed for presenting properties outside the platform. It includes numbered parcels across the list and map, visible parcel boundaries, and a map experience that keeps the selected property in focus.
How does shape-based search work?
Users can import a KML polygon or use an existing polygon layer in ParGo, then ask AI Advisor to find parcels inside the shape, within a specified distance of it, or beyond a specified distance. This makes custom geographic criteria directly searchable through natural language.
